With controllable stomp pedals, yes. But if you just use the amp to coax out those tube driven tones, it does get a bit loud.

Agree... most of the PRS amps shine at gig/rehearsal volume.

Owning a Sonzera 20 and having stayed at my son's apartment in Berlin recently I'd say no. You might be better served with a modeling amp with a headphone jack in that situation. He's in an old building with solid thick walls but floors and the hallway outside your entry door tend to leak the sound, and open windows when the weather permits.

Mesa makes a load box with a headphone output. Disconnect the speaker and you’re in business.
