594 hum

Ok, so I had the ground issue that was taken care of and now there is an ever so slight hum in my fender twin. Is this normal for the 58/15 LTs?

Did you try another humbucker guitar through the amp, results? House circuits, try another wall outlet. Sometimes lights can affect the signal.

Does the amp hum with nothing plugged into it? It could be the amp. I know my Vibrolux has developed a little hum that happens with nothing plugged into it.

Try a different tube amp as well, if you have one. Maybe your amp just happens to need a new tube, maybe it's coincidence

Can anyone verify if what my guitar tech said was true. He said all 594s have a little hum.

I can verify that mine doesn't hum at all. Mine is a 2016 Core 594.

Let's see the control cavity and the work the tech did. You might have a ground loop... Own a multimeter?

My SE 594 with 58/15 LTs does not exhibit hum.

Hum is not inherent to any particular guitar model. It’s usually because of improper grounding inside the guitar or lead dress inside the amp.

All of my 594s are silent.

Your tech is not correct. No hum in my 594 either.
