    Effects:
a lot, but most of the time I play directly into the amp. I love a my topanga spring reverb from catalinbread in front of a good tube amplifier.
    Amplifiers:
several, the most interesting is a Friedman runt 50 . Great tone for rock guitar
    Acoustic Guitars:
1x Martin D30 , 1x Epiphone 00 Model, several nylon classical and flamenco guitars, 1x Peerless archtop (is like an acoustic, but has a floating pickup)
    Electric Guitars:
I love my Gibson AFD custom - and my PRS spruce top hollow body with piezo and fat wide neck . My new Zack Myers is also a great addition , covers a lot of music styles. Fender stratocasters , all kind of pickups. I tried nearly everything.
I am playing as a non professional in an old school rock band, ZZ Top , ;)Chuck Berry, and other rock´n roll stuff. But we are playing Jazz standards as well. My favourite composers are Duke Ellington for timeless great music and Theolonius Monk for his courage, to open Blues and Jazz into a new horizon.

Here in Germany sometimes I go to the website of Michael Sagmeister, a good music teacher and composer for Jazz Guitar. He knows what it´s all about. ;)

From time to time I write a song, but I hate recording . I mix styles , Jazz, rock , latin and folk. I would like to write a few more rock songs , some loud and heavy grooving stuff , it´s pure fun . :)
