    That’s been done many times on this guitar. I’m no fan of stainless steel frets, so not having that. This guitar is almost 20 years old.

    I’m having my 2006 Custom 24 refretted by a skilled luthier, and I’m wondering about doing a re-radius also. Has anyone done this before? How thick are the inlays? How flat can you go?

    It all ended with Fralin noiseless alnico P90 in the neck, and the Pure PAF in the bridge. Both pots replaced with 300k, and the tone knob is wired to the bridge only.

    Thanks for chiming in! If I understand correctly, those are not long enough for a PRS (they work for strats, where there's only a thin pickguard).

    They're pretty great. Great, bright neck tone with a single coil quality. The bridge is vintage and sweet, though pretty bright.
