Hi there,
I picked up a P90 form eBay but could not get a clear answer on the guitar it came out of. I doubt it's a core aka Seymour Duncan but could anyone ID for sure?
Hi all,
I was sniffing around for locking tuners formy tremonti SE. I came across the Kluson KCDL-3 and I haven't heard much about them. They put a good gear ratio and don't have the small button issue of the gotohs. I could of course waited out for stock to arrive for the PRS SE lockers.
Any...
Sorry to resurrect a horrendously old thread but I have a set of 245s. I’m wondering based on the above whether or not it is similar if not the basis for the Tremonti neck pick up? I’ve been considering the options for my Tremonti SE. I think that I might just split the set and use the neck...
I am probably ripping a TB-5 out of my Kramer so I suspect that will head in. Although the Dimarzio Tone Zone in my Jackson is calling me. Both guitars are to be sold to pay for my new DGT but I suspect that adding Duncans to the Kramer won't actually add that much value so the stock pickups are...
I nearly went for a set of Tremonti pickups on ebay for my SE Tremonti but the hotness of the bridge put me off. I would like a modern soudnign pickup for the bridge but it would need to clean up nicely. I noticed the 250's on the PRS website but they state that the 250 Treble has an Alnico...
This thread has given me so much food for thought. Looking at the plethora of US pickups, with the Creamery they seem like a no brainer.
This sentence was all I needed:
Not sure if the combination mentioned may be a little too hot for me though but it is in the ballpark for me.
I think there...
What are your thoughts on f-spaced/trembuckers? If my research on this forum is right, then the US madePRS all have standard spacing in the bridge position? Reason being there's a sendhand custom custom going cheap on ebay that looks like it could use a nickel cover to spruce up.... ;-)
I agree that the Tremonti SE neck pickup is great, although the bridge doesn't sing to me as well. Seems a little too thin/brittle?
RE the strings, I have 10's on my Tremonti SE and they seem fine. It's a 2016 model.
Hi people!
I recently had a 2016 Tremonti SE Custom and love it apart from one thing: the bridge pickup. When choosing the guitar I agonised about holding out for the 2017 model but came to the conclusion that while I love Mark's playing....I ain't Tremonti and want the guitar to be a versatile...
Hello Everyone!
I've been playing since I was 16 but never progressed to a serious gigging level. Now at the tender age of 37 Santa Claus was kind enough to bestow upon me a 2016 PRS Tremonti SE which I dearly love more than any other guitar I have ever owned.
I'm an Application Design...
