Thanks - I appreciate that! My Custom and Standard both have a set of Dragon 1's in them, and I realize that's gonna be hard to duplicate. But I hope the JB and Jazz will get me close.

Good morning y'all! So I got a bonus from work and bought an SE Custom 24 from Jack at Northeast Music Center. It's a beauty with the blue fade. I bought it simply to retire my '91 Custom and '97 Standard. So, stock it sounds....okay. Able to do a gig, just not a very inspired one. So...

I play a Fender lite Ash telecaster - severely upgraded. Also play LTD EC and H models. Also a couple of old things I got lying around that don't get played much. Oh, and a Taylor 814ce and 214ce dlx.

Both my Custom and Standard 24s have Dragon 1s in them. Not changing.

I don’t like binding because I wear through frets. Binding makes fret replacement needlessly more difficult and expensive.

Dunlop Tortex teardrop 1.14. I play better with those than anything else. I can't play with triangle-shaped picks - at all.

Probably nothing. I can't really afford the guitars I look at much anymore, plus I don't see myself doing many full-band gigs down the road. Concentrating on my future - acoustic.

After all the hoopla about the Silver Sky, I'd like to see Paul try his hand at a Tele.
