    Silver Sky Moc Sand Satin?!

Makes perfect sense. I haven't thought of it that way because I've been focused on the rosewood neck. I just wish there were official pictures or more info out there. I was about to pull the trigger on a regular Moc Sand but figured I should wait and compare it with the satin.

    Silver Sky Moc Sand Satin?!

I just saw this come up on the Official Silver Sky Thread and someone mentioned that it was the neck that would be satin and not the body finish. Does anyone know if it is a satin body or neck that makes this Moc Sand different than the 2020 version?

I thought the body was going to be satin like the S2 Standard satin guitars. So the neck is going to be like the maple SS? Has anything official been said about the Moc Sand Satin? I've only seen it in the 2021 product catalog.

Looks very cool, but I think that is a gloss Moc sand. Look at the light reflections on the paint.

I Agreed! Hoping to see some pictures of the Moc Sand Satin. I am on the fence whether to order a old stock 2020 Moc Sand gloss or wait for the satin. Need to see some pictures!

How come this is the first I am hearing about it? It is not advertised on PRS' website. Seems new for 2021. I guess they...

Silver Sky string pitch going sharp

I didn't wrap around the posts. I pulled the strings through the tuners and locked them down and then tuned up. I agree with Rally, I probably will need to lube the nut and saddles and may loosen the trem springs. I'll give that a try.

Silver Sky string pitch going sharp

Hi all, I recently bought a Silver Sky and decided to change the strings. I like to play 9s. The issue is that now when I push down on the whammy bar and let it return to its resting position the strings end up sharp in pitch. I did nothing to the guitar other than change the strings, so the...
