I guess I'm the problem. I listened. What you guys call "so different" to me sounds "very similar" even in your recording. I mean they sound different, but just barely and only because I know to listen for it. If you hadn't told me, I would have never said "that's 2 different guitars"

I'd like to do a similar mod to my Brent Mason. Basically a push pull or mini toggle that would switch the middle position between middle pickup and both humbucker .

Well, I've decided to keep her. Partially because the BM is way more expensive than I could get for this guitar but 2, I just love it. I'm not ready to part with it yet! Dang you general public for poo pooing such a fantastic instrument and making PRS cancel the line!
