If I set the amp at 16 ohms, would I keep my amp safe while using my cabs without destroying them or the amp?

I've had several LP's. None of them sounded good. But I felt I "needed" one in the stable. Finally tried a Heritage H-150. It actually sounded good. Almost as good as my McCarty. But the McCarty feels better.

IMHO it's a no-brainer. Buy your dream guitar. You can always swap the pickups if you want something different. Fit and finish is second to none. Quality of craftsmanship is top notch. Get it!!
