Got mine preordered today in McCarty Burst. I should get it early August. Super excited.

A Mesa Boogie Mark V mostly. It very well could be an amp that doesn't play well with that pickup, or at least needs to be tweaked from my typical settings. Aside from my MM Majesty, my other guitars are somewhat low output.

Now that I have had mine for a month or so, one thing I have noticed is that the tremonti bridge pickup might be kind of bright for the ebony board. Im thinking of switching it to a \m/ pickup. Other than that, I am still loving mine. I hope you get yours soon.

I just got a Tremonti AP with and ebony board this week as well. I have had the rosewood Tremonti in the past but the ebony blew me out of the water when I played it. You wont regret. :)

I used to have a 2011 Custom 24 with 59/09s and I would say this this one sounds and feels way better. Im not sure what the mojo is but I love it. I was also curious, does anyone have any sounds clips or youtub links to what the 1985 pickups sound like?

My local guitar center has decided to stop carrying prs models in the store and when I went in yesterday they had all the prs guitars on clearance. I wasnt looking to buy but when I saw that the Custom 24 throwback limited run (normally $4999 in the store) they had was on clearance for $2500, I...

Now as far as hearing it, I dont think my iphone mic will do it justice, you will have to wait until I get a good mic. I will say this, its an amp you also "feel" when you play. It definitely pushes the air through my 2x12 in the best way possible.

New to the forums guys but Ive been a PRS fan for a while. Just got the new Archon in the mail today. I havn't had much time to spend with it, but I absolutely love it. Its such a pleasure to plug into that hi gain channel.
