I have the SE HBII coming in January. The local shop tells me they expect delivery sometime during the first full week of the month. Naturally, I'll be counting down the seconds, come the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve.....

This. I had one, and tricked it out with all the parts I could find on John Mann's website. It was phenomenal. Gave it to my bro-in-law as a birthday gift...and I've missed it, since. Considering going back to that well....

I did the same thing, on Reverb. I sold mine quickly, because it was the only one available that wasn't 150% (or more) of MAP. I lost no money on that flip, but didn't gouge anyone on the price. I broke even, give or take $7.00

My keepers turned out to be a Grand Concert Yamaha (my road trip guitar), and two Martins (a Dreadnought and a 000). I had a Tonare SE for a bit, but I just preferred the Martin 'thud' a bit more. I've also run through 7 or 8 Taylors.. but the Martins beat those, too.

Once upon a time, I had one. A couple years back, I snagged a Red Fire Burst SC594 (10-to, no less). Loved the guitar, but it stood in the way if acquiring an acoustic i really "had to have," so i sold it. Also had a Gold Wrap 594 for a bit. If i recall, the neck carve was pretty awesome...
