Sweet Jesus those are some pretty guitars! Especially the one-piece tops by WEDGE, Tosca (that 408 is ridiculous!), django49 (that SC!), Spikedog007 (what colour is that, anyways?!), Dusty Chalk, Daniel, RDNZL, GuitarFactoryDylan, ah, too many to individually name. PRS guitars are stunners...

Not a pro, as I make my living (and guitar budget) elsewhere... but we DID play 27 shows all over Germany this year. That has to count for something.

My #1 changes constantly, my Top 2 (out of 10) are pretty stable, however. I keep going back and forth between these two and sometimes, I just bring them both. :)

I'm not sure I'd be able to tell a difference, tonally. But I love how it feels on my McCarty. ... now that Vela bridge does look interesting and quite a departure from what PRS has been known to do in the bridge department! Would love to hear Paul's thoughts on that one!

I'm going to take a rather unpopular position in the whole tone wood debate here... the one in between. I believe wood does matter. I have a Swamp Ash Special and a 25th McCarty that need tons of gain before they start sounding interchangeable. Clean, they're worlds apart and the pickups and...

Getting there... my PRSi play a huge part in it but so does my Dr. Z and my Strymon pedals and, above all, the hours I spend with all of them.
