    As some others have posted here, I would like them to simply step up the relatively dismal quality of their product. At least to the point where they're no longer eclipsed by Epiphone, SX and Jay Turser..... That's what moved me over to PRS. (I guess I should actually thank them! :))

    Thanks Mark, good to know. I'll test it out again and make sure I check it more thoroughly. When I tried it, the tone know was loose and I actually pulled it off (quite easily). After that I didn't check out the push/pull any further.
