Is the price of each wood set according to type or is it set individually? eg, Do all PS grade one piece quilt maple tops cost the same, regardless of their individual appearances? Or is it a case of individual pricing based on their individual features? Thanks

I am looking at a Singlecut 2002, with a brazilian neck and, fingerboard and S.A mahogany. It has Phase 2 Locking tuners too. It is a 25 inch singlecut, with 4 control pots, not an SC245.

Are private stock models that are sub 1000 collectable? Are sub 1000 PS models also better in terms of attention to detail than the modern PS models?
