    I have 2 questions on PS ordering.

    1. Are customers free to browse the Vault or are you only allowed to give verbal instructions to Paul Miles / Dealer and only they can handle wood and bring them to you to look at?

    2. Does the Private Stock team give the customer a lot of time to decide on the wood? eg, the customer is not under any time pressure to make a decision?

      1 - customers can go to the vault with their dealer and select wood
      2 - they don’t run a stopwatch. Keep in mind if you are in the vault, undo indecisiveness is burning other people’s time. If you are home being sent photos and take weeks to choose, that wood might be gone.
